weight loss update #2

Since the start of the challenge I have lost 6 lbs and -4.29% of my weight.  We started the challenge back on April 18th.
•I am eating smaller portions and counting calories.  
•I am using my elliptical machine and doing a few workouts on the tv. 
I honestly feel wonderful.  My face is thinning out and I have noticed that my thighs and stomach are getting smaller.  But I am not going to check my measurements till next week.  At least.
My clothes are fitting better then ever (which leads me to believe that they might have been a little tight before) and I feel a lot less stressed and more confident.
All in all its been great so far and I only expect more in the next couple of weeks!

good for you! gonna start counting my calories this week...i really need to work on those last 5 pounds. it's been such a struggle.
