See this SWEET little girl right here?
Well she did it.
She said the {words}.
...
"Mommy, I don't want you to be my mommy anymore!"
All because I told her to stop jumping on the couch.
OUCH.
She hurt my feelers!
But after her big dramatic show off - I told her that I could give her to someone else if she wanted.
If she really didn't want to be my daughter anymore I would accommodate.
Well she didn't like that much.
So she said she loved me and that she wants me to be her mommy.
pppppssshhhh...
Like I would have given her up for reals anyway!
:)

Oh Lila! That is too cute!
I am glad she came around and decided that you would do as her mommy!
P.S. I like the new "header" - cute!
I'm glad she came to her senses! I think that's a phrase all Mom's hear at least a few times. I don't look forward to it.
WOW! Ms. Sassy Pants - HA! What the heck am I in store for...nice come-back though, I will have to keep that one in mind!
My four-year-old son takes it VERY personally when I say no to anything, so I've been saying it a LOT more lately. Just to give him practice, you understand. Heehee. Glad to know I'm not alone.
I don't think Kelsie said that when she was little, but I bet she says it every other day now that she is 15!!!! ok more like every day.
Your daughter is adorable!
My daughter acts like I've broken her heart if I tell her no. Then of course it breaks mine that she is so sad. What a cycle. :)
Thanks for following. I'm following you now too.
I've been getting the cold stares from my preteen lately, so hang in there because the road gets bumpier...
