Well not really.
I am not going to weigh in today.
Not after what I did...
I didn't get a chance to do it this morning like I usually do
because
we had a mild emergency at the house.
{Dont worry, I will blog about that later}
Being stressed, worried and not at the house lead me to stuffing my face.
I ate fast food, a few cookies and chips. Real bad stuff.
I feel HUGE and bloated now and I am so pissed off at myself.
I wanted to report to you all so you didn't think that I was flaking out on ya.
There is always next week, right?

There is always next week. And the key is to not let your "slip up" continue. Just get back on the wagon and eat like you should and need to. You can do it.

Don't worry about not weighing in this week!! It took a lot for me to weigh in last week (week 12)...geez I just couldn't get with the program. But you aren't alone and stuffing your face happens!!
