I need the self esteem boost, I need to get healthy and most importantly I need to fit into my pre-pregnancy pants!
I am currently doing Weight Watchers on my own. I lost 4lbs in a week and a half and then got lazy.
That was almost 2 weeks ago. I need to get back on track so that's why I am going "public" about it!!

I need motivation and I would love it if you all would check on me periodically. Make sure my ass is still shrinking and if it's not then please kick it!!

Good for you! I always keep the Weight Watchers plan in my back pocket (not actually in my back pocket...). I used it to get my baby weight off after each pregnancy and it really is the best plan. It really works!

Hey girl. I hear you! I was amazing at working out everyday and watching what I ate and then I went home to visit my family for a month and fell off the wagon. I love working out, but I keep putting it off because I would rather stay at home or blog (LOL), but I definatly need a kick out the door. That is why I started Weight Loss Wednesdays again, so you can check on me and I will check on you!

I calculated that I need to loose about 5 bags of flour. lol. I have no motivation either. Yes, we need to form an alliance. lol. I need motivation also. The Wii Fit isn't enough. LOL.

Ok, I don't want to scare your or anything, but doing things on my own it took over a year to get the weight off after my second pregnancy. (I also gained more than I did the first.) My way was just to cut out all the unnecessary noshing in the evenings, drink more water, get the "junk" out of the house (otherwise I would eat it) and replace it with whole wheat stuff and fruits/veggies, and to start getting active as much as is possible with two small children.
I have heard (and read) a lot of success stories with weight watchers so I am sure this will put you on the right track. Hang in there!
