pumpkin patch

on saturday, mikey and i took lila to the pumpkin patch to meet up with some of her friends. we found great pumpkins and lila got to pick one out for herself too. the sun was shining and it was a great day!

in the pictures below lila was checking out the animals. she loved the bunny rabbit and the ducks but was very nervous around the pigs and the cows.

lila wouldnt look at the camera...but we got some cute shots anyways.

I have to say that Lila is one smart cookie. She must get her "smartness" from her mother :) I am so proud of her. I see her brain getting bigger everyday. Of course not physically bigger...just intellectually!

jeez...i am really slacking on this blog thing.
we have all been so busy lately, i have been neglecting to update lila's blog!

my apologies

last weekend Lila had her first sleep over. yes, we were not with her!
she stayed the night with her uncle kevin, her auntie tracy and her cousin evan.
mikey and i were pretty torn up about having her stay without us but we made it and lila did great. she loves her auntie so much so it was an easy thing for her to be comfortable with.
